Fornnax introduces the world class design and technology for Crumb Rubber Plant of processing capacity 50 tons per day. The main features include high level safety, environmental attributes at par with international standards, easy & affordable maintenance, higher efficiency and commercial viability. The Plant is auto-controlled with PLC Panel.
Fornnax Crumb Rubber Line includes a broad range of customized shredders and granulators, which have higher efficiency, toughness and consistency. Fornnax Crumb Rubber Line generates pure rubber crumb for playground surfaces & powdered rubber which is used to manufacture extruded rubber parts.

Process Stages:-
Stage 1: Primary Shredding

• In Primary reduction stage whole tires will be fed in to the primary shredder through Conveyor feed system. This unit reduces the whole tires to a variable size stripes and this Stripes passes through a screening process and return back to primary shredder, returning the shred back to the primary shredder allows the shredder to produce a consistently sized chips averaging 50-250mm in size.

Stage 2: Secondary Shredding

• After primary shredding tire chips then fed into Roiler through conveyor feed system, this unit is a secondary shredder with the screening system which produces tyre chips of size 20-25 mm, and this process removes almost bead wires from the rubber mulch.

Stage 3: Granulation

• In Granulation stage Rubber mulch produced from Roiler will be fed in to the Granulator (Lotator) through a screw conveyor feed system, this unit grinds rubber mulch and produces granules of the size 0.5 - 4mm which is 98% wire free and 99.9% fiber free which can be processed further. Fornnax’s Granulator (Lotator) is specially designed for fine stream grinding and nylon remover. Leaving a contaminant free crumb rubber granules are ready to be further processed or sold in the market.
